You will need to log into the store's website to enter your birthday date in the loyalty panel under the 'ways to earn' section. This cannot be added by the store's customer support. Once that's entered, you will be rewarded with points on your next birthday. Note: In case, you enter the wrong date, you can click 'Edit date' again in the panel to enter the correct one. You won't be rewarded on your birthday this year if you enter a date that is in the next 30 days. You will be rewarded the following year on that date.
